Why this role

As part of the expansion of our Image & Production division (Revairse), we are seeking an Image & Production Project Manager to oversee the design, management, and delivery of communication campaigns for our clients.
Reporting to Revairse, you will work at the intersection of client relations, creative coordination, and content production. You will manage projects from the initial briefing through final delivery, ensuring that deadlines, budgets, and the high standards expected by the agency and its clients.

Your responsabilities

• Manage a portfolio of branding projects for premium and luxury clients, from initial recommendations through final delivery
• Analyze briefs, understand brand challenges, and coordinate the internal teams involved
• Develop and track schedules, budgets, project milestones, and client approvals
• Organize, prepare, and lead follow-up meetings with clients and project teams
• Help develop creative and business recommendations in collaboration with internal teams
• Coordinate the production of photo, video, CGI, motion graphics, and AI-generated content
• Coordinate with external partners: photographers, filmmakers, 3D studios, motion designers, retouchers, and AI specialists
• Oversee the pre-production, production, and post-production phases, through to quality control of the deliverables

Your profile

• You have at least 3 years of experience at a creative agency, communications agency, production agency, or in a similar setting
• You have experience managing photo, video, CGI, motion graphics, or digital content projects
• You understand the challenges related to production, scheduling, budgeting, and delivery quality
• You have a genuine appreciation for imagery, design, art direction, and the conventions of the luxury industry
• You are organized, responsive, and able to manage multiple projects at the same time
• You have excellent customer service skills and know how to handle matters with diplomacy and precision
• You are fluent in French and English, both spoken and written
