Servaire & Co is an independent design and creative agency founded in 2001.
We support premium and luxury brands in their branding, product & packaging design, retail, and communication challenges.

At the crossroads of strategy and creativity, we design coherent, distinctive, and sustainable brand experiences for renowned houses such as LVMH, L’Oréal, Diptyque, Diageo and Rémy Cointreau.

Why this role

This position is part of our ambition to strengthen a central Design department within the agency, at the crossroads of creative, strategic, and operational challenges.
We are looking for an experienced profile capable of leading projects with both autonomy and high standards, while actively contributing to the team’s creative dynamic. As a key reference within the team, you will help structure projects, mentor designers, and elevate the overall level of excellence.
Working closely with the Design Creative Director, you will be involved in a variety of projects and interact directly with clients, both in French and English.

Your responsabilities

• Lead the creative direction of product design projects, from concept to execution
• Develop innovative concepts with strong narrative and aesthetic value aligned with brand challenges
• Manage projects autonomously, in coordination with all departments (strategy, graphic design, production, business)
• Ensure creative quality and consistency of deliverables throughout the project lifecycle
• Supervise and mentor designers within the team
• Contribute to strategic projects alongside the creative direction and support team-wide thinking (trends, innovation)
• Participate in client presentations and discussions, embodying the creative vision of the projects
• Conduct ongoing research and enrich projects with relevant benchmarks

Your profile

• Graduate of a product or industrial design school (ENSCI, Strate, ENSAAMA, ECAL, etc.), with at least 5 years of proven experience, ideally in luxury, beauty, or packaging environments
• Proficient in design and rendering tools (Rhino, KeyShot, Adobe Suite), with the ability to lead projects end-to-end to a high creative standard
• Strong ability to develop impactful concepts, articulate a vision, and translate brand challenges into relevant design solutions
• Initial experience in mentoring or managing designers; comfortable working both in teams and directly with clients
• Organized, autonomous, and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards
• Professional proficiency in English
