Servaire & Co is an independent design and creative agency founded in 2001.
We support premium and luxury brands in their branding, product & packaging design, retail, and communication challenges.

At the crossroads of strategy and creativity, we design coherent, distinctive, and sustainable brand experiences for renowned houses such as LVMH, L’Oréal, Diptyque, Diageo and Rémy Cointreau.

Why this role

As the agency continues to grow, we are looking to strengthen our Product Design team, which sits at the core of our activity.
This position is part of our ambition to reinforce the team by integrating a designer who can actively contribute to projects while progressively developing autonomy.
You will work closely with the Creative Direction and internal teams on a variety of demanding projects, with increasing responsibilities depending on your experience.

Your responsabilities

  • Contribute to the design and development of product design projects, from brief to final execution
  • Create and develop creative concepts (objects, packaging, accessories) aligned with brand challenges
  • Produce sketches, 3D models, and high-quality visual renderings
  • Support the production of deliverables in line with defined creative directions
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (strategy, graphic design, production, business)
  • Integrate technical and operational constraints into project development
  • Contribute to team thinking (trends, research, benchmarking)
  • Occasionally take part in client presentations or discussions

Your profile

  • Graduate from a product or industrial design school (ENSCI, Strate, ENSAAMA, ECAL, etc.), with at least 2 years of experience in an agency or studio environment, ideally within luxury, beauty, or packaging sectors
  • Strong command of design and rendering tools (Rhino, KeyShot, Adobe Suite)
  • Strong creative sensibility with the ability to develop relevant concepts in response to a brief
  • Comfortable working in a team and in collaborative environments
  • Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Curious, proactive, and eager to grow
  • Professional proficiency in English is a plus
