Assistant Project Manager

Servaire & Co is an independent design and creative agency founded in 2001.
We support premium and luxury brands in their branding, product & packaging design, retail, and communication challenges.

At the crossroads of strategy and creativity, we design coherent, distinctive, and sustainable brand experiences for renowned houses such as LVMH, L’Oréal, Diptyque, Diageo and Rémy Cointreau.

Why this role

We are strengthening our business team and are looking for an Assistant Project Manager to support the team on a daily basis.
You will work closely with Project Managers and Account Directors across a variety of accounts, contributing to the end-to-end management of creative projects.
This role offers a hands-on understanding of how a design agency operates, at the heart of interactions between clients and creative teams.

Your responsabilities

Supporting the team, you will contribute to project monitoring and coordination:

• Assisting in the day-to-day management of projects in collaboration with creative teams
• Participating in briefing sessions and internal coordination (design, production, etc.)
• Monitoring timelines and different production stages
• Supporting the preparation of presentations and client materials
• Contributing to competitive and market research
• Assisting in the preparation of quotes and invoice tracking
• Occasionally contributing to business development or pitch processes

You will always work in a duo, with increasing autonomy depending on your confidence and experience.

Your profile

• Student in business school, communication, or equivalent (Master’s level or gap year)
• Looking for:
  – A final-year internship (6 months), or
  – An A work-study program
• Strong interest in design, creativity, and ideally the luxury sector
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Good interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English (professional fluency required)
• Proficiency in office tools (Microsoft Office Suite)
