Our team is structured around areas of expertise and brings together creative and strategic profiles who share the same ambition: delivering meaning, accuracy, and impact in every project.

As our agency continues to grow and expand its portfolio of projects, we are creating a new position for a Prepress / Artwork Graphic Designer to strengthen our graphic and technical development capabilities, from initial concept through to final production.
Reporting to the Technical Production Director, with whom you will work closely, you will act as the link between our creative teams, Art Directors, project managers, and production partners.
Your role will be to translate creative concepts into accurate, structured, and production-ready graphic files, ensuring consistency with brand identities, technical requirements, and the high standards expected by our clients.

  • Adapt and roll out graphic concepts across various formats and applications
  • Prepare production files for mock-ups, including finishing specifications, colour references, material choices, and technical instructions
  • Produce in-house mock-ups and prototypes
  • Research materials, finishes, and technical solutions in collaboration with creative and technical teams
  • Ensure the graphic and technical consistency of deliverables while respecting creative intent, brand guidelines, and production constraints
  • Monitor the progress of graphic production and proactively flag any potential issues

Your profile

  • Degree-qualified in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, with proven experience in prepress, artwork execution, production, or packaging design
  • Experience gained in a demanding environment such as a design agency, brand, packaging, luxury, or premium sector is highly valued
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop, with the ability to deliver clean, structured, production-ready files
  • Solid understanding of the graphic production workflow, including artwork preparation, technical adjustments, printing processes, and manufacturing constraints
  • Highly detail-oriented and rigorous, with a strong focus on file preparation, quality control, and accuracy
  • Organized, autonomous, proactive, and responsive, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with creative, technical, and international teams
  • Comfortable communicating in English with international stakeholders
